  • Download and Install the USB driver on LG Optimus 2X P990  to transfer files between Android devices and computers.

How To Install Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean CM10.1 on Optimus 2X P990 Custom ROM

Step 1 -  Please Download Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean CM10.1  and Google Apps for Optimus 2X P990.
Step 2 -  Connect the Optimus 2X P990 to a PC using a data cable / USB Cable
Step 3 -  Copy the files you have downloaded earlier to the memory card.
Step 4 -  Turn off Optimus 2X P990.
Step 5 -  Make sure the phone is turned off and then turn on the phone by pressing the Volume Down + Power ?? simultaneously. Follow the instructions on-screen navigation.Select Bootloader and then navigate to RECOVERY. Or another way can enter recovery mode using the Quick Boot .
Step 6 -  Now the phone is in ClockworkMod Recovery mode, please first ?? Wipe Data, Wipe Cache ?? ??, go Advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache ??, Format Partition System ??(This will restore the phone so remember the initial regulatory application that resides on the internal memory will be lost).
Step 7 -  In Recovery Mode, select Install zip from sdcard ?? then choose zip from sdcard ??. Then navigate to the file cm-10.1-xxx-Nightly-p990.zip ?? who have downloaded and copied to the memory card before. Select to use the Menu / Power ??and confirm installation by selecting Yes ?? on the next screen
Step 8 -  The process of installing running and wait for the process finishes.
Step 9 -  Now reboot Optimus 2X P990 to return to the front page of the CWM Recovery and select Reboot System Now ?? ??. Wait approximately 5-10 minutes for first time boot into the system.
